SpectroShade™ Micro sees the tooth colours as they really are. The SpectroShade which is a patented system uses a digital camera in conjunction with a LED spectrophotometer.

With the SpectroShade™ Micro, the measured colour spectrum data is analysed exactly. The measurement is not influenced by the lighting in a dental surgery or by any other visual conditions.

SpectroShade™ Micro measures the colour of the tooth and finds the closest available chromatic match for creating crowns, veneers and bridges in the lab. It calculates the numerical difference between the natural tooth and the selected colour in terms of brightness, chroma-shade and hue, providing the laboratory with all the information it needs to makes its work much easier.

SpectroShade™ Micro can analyse and identify the colour of a tooth over its entire area. Images and spectral data can be saved on the SpectroShade™ Micro and transferred to a PC via USB, Wireless LAN or SD CARD, and sent to the laboratory in real time by e-mail or in CD-ROM format.
